What We Do
|
Since 1975, VegMin Learning Society has provided non-credit programming for adults in Vegreville and the County of Minburn. VegMin's programming meets the needs of the community by identifying and filling learning gaps and providing participants the opportunity of local learning.
VegMin's Literacy program offers free tuition to adults wanting help with reading, writing, math or English language skills.
As an additional community service, VegMin Learning Society, with the support of Community Futures and Digital Web, provides free public access to computer use and Internet through a Community Access site.
VegMin also acts as a local agent/broker for other learning programs and attempts to assist individuals or businesses in identifying the correct helping organization.
